Tailgate Texas Dinner — A Southern Smoke Benefit Chef’s Dinner

Join us for our second Chef Collaboration dinner. The title of the night Tailgate Texas –– A Southern Smoke Benefit Chef’s Dinner where a few of Austin’s favorites will be at the helm of the kitchen and bar. Chef Janelle Reynolds (Rosedale Kitchen and Bar) will be joined by Chef Danny Parada (Emmer & Rye), and Chef Abby Yates (Electric Mayhem Foods) for a 4-course collaboration dinner featuring local produce from Johnson’s Backyard Garden and local beef from Rosewood Ranches. Special craft cocktails, with even more local ingredients, have been conceived and will be poured by, 'Garden to Glass' Program Director, Aaron Hernandez of Rosedale Kitchen and Bar.

Seating will be limited to our spacious patio and indoor dining room with live acoustic music by Carly Jo Jackson .

A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit Southern Smoke, a nonprofit foundation created by Chef Chris Shepherd (Underbelly), for the Food & Beverage Industry, in times of crisis.

Tickets: $65 per person (includes welcome cocktail)

ADD a Cocktail Pairing: $30

Does not include gratuity.

Sunday, October 25th, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm — reservations available -- welcome cocktail upon arrival, followed by dinner – beer, wine, and cocktails available a la carte.

-Tender Belly Pork Ribs: Dr. Pepper barbecue sauce | bacon-ranch potato salad

-Smoked Rosewood Ranch Brisket: pickled jalapeno & cilantro coleslaw
