‘Under the Sea’ — A Southern Smoke Benefit Chef’s Dinner

December 6, 2020 6pm - December 6, 2020 11pm

Join us for our third Chef Collaboration dinner. Executive Chef Janelle Reynolds (Rosedale Kitchen and Bar) will be joined by two exciting chefs from acclaimed Austin restaurant Uchiko. The chefs, and life partners, Angela (sushi) and Whitney Majko (pastry) will, together with Janelle create a 4-course collaboration dinner featuring local produce from Johnson’s Backyard Garden and seafood from Minamoto Seafood. Our guest cocktail expert, Curtis Hansford (Bar Manager at Swift’s Attic) will provide special craft cocktail pairings, with even more local ingredients, to go with the amazing dishes.

Seating will be limited to our spacious patio and socially-distanced indoor dining room with live acoustic music by Carly Jo Jackson.

A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit Southern Smoke, a nonprofit foundation created by Chef Chris Shepherd (Underbelly), for the Food & Beverage Industry, in times of crisis.

Tickets: $65 per person (includes welcome cocktail)

Sunday, December 6th, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm — reservations available -- welcome cocktail upon arrival, followed by dinner – beer, wine, and cocktails available a la carte.
