Gather with your family and enjoy Chef Janelle's Easter dishes paired with Chef Kyle Stallings Rollin' Smoked Ham with Apricot Glaze this Easter. Sunday, April 4th, Rosedale Kitchen and Bar will have a special Easter Brunch menu for in-house and patio dining and for takeout.

Dine-in Additions (reservations highly recommended) will include Avocado Toast with Feta Cheese and Tomatoes, Steak + Eggs with Calabrian Sauce, and Chef Janelle's crave-worthy Shrimp + Grits with Rollin’ Smoked Ham, and more.

The Takeout Feast will include Rollin' Smoked Ham with Apricot Glaze, Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs, Spring Peas + Carrots with tarragon Vinaigrette, Pancetta and White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese, and an Apple Blackberry Crisp for all the family to dive in to. The First Annual Good Work Austin Crawfish Boil -- 3/28!

March 28, 2021 12pm - March 28, 2021 4pm

SOLD OUT! Thank you Austin!

Three talented and award-winning Austin Chefs create 3 crawfish pots with their own style to give back to the Good Work Austin Community, Sunday, March 28th from 12 pm — 4 pm, with dine-in and drive-through parade options. Chef Janelle Reynolds (Rosedale Kitchen and Bar), Chef Todd Duplechan (Lenoir), and Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph (Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group) will be set up outside on the front patio at Rosedale Kitchen and Bar to boil their crawfish creations served by the pound.

The crawfish boil fun will feature live Zydeco music from Chansons et Soûlards for pick-up patrons to enjoy while walking-up or in the “drive-through” and patio goers can vibe along while dining outside. The “drive-through” is geared towards a parade-like good time and patrons are encouraged to decorate their cars, wave hello, honk at the chef’s, and have a Covid-friendly time. There will be hot dogs for the kiddos and Casey’s New Orleans Snowballs for the kid in all of us. Swift’s Attic’s own Curtis Hansford has collaborated with RKB’s Aaron Hernandez to serve up ‘Hurricane Ice Ball Cocktails’ for both dine-in and to-go guests to keep cool.

FEATURED CRAWFISH:

A classic, Creole-style boil with sweet corn, potatoes, and a little Texas flair from Chef Janelle Reynolds, Rosedale Kitchen and Bar.

A spicy Guyanese curry-style crawfish boil from Tavel Bristol-Joseph, Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group.

A traditional boil of corn, sausage, mushrooms, and crawfish, with their famous, craw-spice blend seasoning from Todd Duplechan, Lenoir.

Good Work Austin — 50% of all proceeds will benefit Good Work Austin. GWA creates a supportive environment for employers who want to do the right thing for their workers, the economy, and the environment. We’ve established our “Dine With Confidence" agreement to keep staff and guests safe. We provide small businesses with access to low-cost health care and counseling options for their staff and a community of business owners to share resources and support. GWA has been instrumental in supporting those in need in Austin as well as generating income for restaurants during the pandemic, and then even more after the ice storm, and we are excited to be able to do something to raise awareness of them and give back.

"For the Love of the Game" -- Chef's Collaboration Dinner

January 31, 2021 6pm - January 31, 2021 11pm

Join us for our fourth Chef Collaboration dinner. Executive Chef Janelle Reynolds (Rosedale Kitchen and Bar) will be joined by Andrew Wiseheart (Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Contigo) and Senior Sous Chef Kevin Donovan (Second Bar + Kitchen ) to create a truly special ‘For the Love of the Game’ dinner menu. The 4-course menu is a nod to the chef’s combined passions for wild ‘game’ dishes and local produce and of course, it’s the end of football ‘game’ season so it seems only natural to be ‘For the Love of the Game.’ Cocktail expert, Aaron Hernandez (Rosedale Kitchen and Bar), will provide special craft cocktail pairings, with even more local ingredients, including Still Austin Bourbon and Deep Eddy Vodka to go with the amazing dishes.

Seating will be limited to our spacious patio and socially-distanced indoor dining room with live acoustic music.

Join us for our third Chef Collaboration dinner. Executive Chef Janelle Reynolds (Rosedale Kitchen and Bar) will be joined by two exciting chefs from acclaimed Austin restaurant Uchiko. The chefs, and life partners, Angela (sushi) and Whitney Majko (pastry) will, together with Janelle create a 4-course collaboration dinner featuring local produce from Johnson’s Backyard Garden and seafood from Minamoto Seafood. Our guest cocktail expert, Curtis Hansford (Bar Manager at Swift’s Attic) will provide special craft cocktail pairings, with even more local ingredients, to go with the amazing dishes.

Join us for our second Chef Collaboration dinner. The title of the night Tailgate Texas –– A Southern Smoke Benefit Chef’s Dinner where a few of Austin’s favorites will be at the helm of the kitchen and bar. Chef Janelle Reynolds (Rosedale Kitchen and Bar) will be joined by Chef Danny Parada (Emmer & Rye), and Chef Abby Yates (Electric Mayhem Foods) for a 4-course collaboration dinner featuring local produce from Johnson’s Backyard Garden and local beef from Rosewood Ranches. Special craft cocktails, with even more local ingredients, have been conceived and will be poured by, 'Garden to Glass' Program Director, Aaron Hernandez of Rosedale Kitchen and Bar.

Seating will be limited to our spacious patio and indoor dining room with live acoustic music by Carly Jo Jackson .
